Medical services provided by the university psychiatrist at the Counseling Center that are billed through Japan's national health insurance system will end in March, at the close of the 2025 academic year. However, the university psychiatrist will continue to provide advisory services, including consultations that do not involve insured medical treatment and the referral services to off-campus medical institutions.
Between Wednesday, March 4 and Tuesday, March 10, ICU Counseling Center will put the counseling services on hold due to the end-of-term administrative duties except for urgent cases. Regular office hours and counseling sessions will resume on Wednesday, March 11, and continue as usual during the spring break.
The office will be closed due to the Open Campus event on Friday, March 20.
Welcome to ICU Counseling Center! We are dedicated to promoting the mental health of ICU students by providing personal counseling, consultation, and other psychological and psychiatric services.
